We had a very positive experience with Sir Grout. Two technicians spent an entire day with us cleaning and sealing a lot of tile and grout. Everything went well. The young men were competent, efficient, neat, and very pleasant. The floors look great and we are very pleased with the work.
Sir Grout is a fantastic company. In-home inspection and estimate were prompt after initial contact, and a thorough explanation was provided as to what to expect. Austin did a wonderful job, explained each step, and there was no mess left behind. We are very pleased with the outcome.
