I hired Sir Grout to do some cleaning and repairs on shower tiles in two bathrooms, and Ted came out to look and estimate the costs. He took his time with his assessment and made sure to match the tile color as closely as possible. Then Austin performed all the work solo, making sure to walk me through everything he was doing and take any questions I had.
When it turned out there was a mistake with the replacement tile, Sir Grout made it right immediately and Austin worked just as hard the second time to get it done to my satisfaction. Overall, a great, painless experience and I recommend them for any repairs and remodeling!
I've been a DIY'er homeowner for many years; but at 79, I didn't want to tackle a major tile repair and floor restoration project. After researching various companies to handle our project's requirements, I had little doubt that I should select Sir Grout! My wife and I were not disappointed with the results!
Working initially with the owner, Ted, to get an evaluation and estimate of the work to be done was extremely easy! He answered all questions, cleaned some of the floor grout himself, provided a clear description of required procedures and scheduling, and a very reasonable estimate of all costs.
Austin, the Sir Grout Service Technician, arrived precisely on time for our appointment and completed all tile replacements, grout repair, and floor cleaning within six hours. He is a very professional, personable, and courteous individual who respected our property and ensured that we were 100% satisfied with the results!
Bottom line: Without a doubt, I highly recommend Sir Grout, and their dedicated, professional technicians! We will be using them again!
Great experience working with both Ted, Owner and Austin, Service Technician. Ted explained the process with no sales pressure and Austin was very detailed with his work. Both bathrooms look like new!
Austin did a great job restoring our tiled shower grout, and cleaning, resealing all our granite countertops. We highly recommend Sir Grout.
