Ted came out to my place to give me an estimate to fix my beloved travertine tile table that was broken.
He showed up on time and explained that I could fix it myself, and told me how to do it. He saw my reservations about trying to fix it myself and offered to fix it on the spot. He fixed it in less than half an hour and charged me way less than I was willing to pay.
He was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend him. Very pleased with the results. All around great experience.
Rapid response, low-pressure estimate with lots of good info on their process of cleaning, repairing, color-staining, and sealing my tile floor with its decades of ugly black grout. Did the job 4 days after I signed, with 2 men in 4 hours, with incredible results.
